Site Manager, Hampshire

Our client is a Construction and Engineering contractor who due to project awards and headcount growth, require a Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

The projectsrange in valuefrom 100K to 5m across a wide customer base including commercial and MOD developments. Project types incliude major refurbishment, alterations and upgrades to existing buildings. All the projects are buildingconstruction and building fabric biased.

They are seeking a Site Manager who ideally has come from a trades background and managed site operations on building fabric and construction projects up to 1million. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, managing subcontractors, monitoring project progress and ensuring works are completed to to time and standard with the utmost focus on health and safety on site.

Ideally you will have a building / construction tradequalification and possess SMSTS as a minimum requirement. Projects are predominantly based in the Sout Coastand surrounding Southern regiontherefore location within one hour commute is ideal.
